This project consists of 21 housing units in Pré-Saint-Gervais, a town on the outskirts of Paris, and is integrated into a former industrial site: the Busso factories. Arranged longitudinally on the plot, these north-south facing modules blend harmoniously into their surroundings and provide the homes with plenty of natural light.

Along the communal garden, a main access route serves the apartments via an entrance to the south and the houses via a stairway to the north. This route also serves to delineate the outdoor spaces of each dwelling and to create distance between each interior. The dwellings are thus bathed in greenery, which can also be found on the first floor, with their terraces.
