The studio

Designed with rigor.

Amplified by technology.

Anchored in reality.

We believe that the image is not only used to represent the project: it is an active component of it, a design tool in its own right.
Today, they arrive too late, too rigid, too expensive.
We are developing an approach to imagery designed to be accessible, fast and calibrated at each stage of the project, in order to support architects, designers and developers in their choices with greater precision and responsiveness.

Who are we?

My name is Romain Legay, a master's student in architecture at ENSA Paris-Belleville and founder of R-L Architecture. I am particularly interested in how an architectural project can be understood, discussed, and shared through its representations. Each representation plays a crucial role in clarifying an intention and allowing everyone to envision themselves in a space that doesn't yet exist. A semester abroad at UQAM in Montreal enriched this approach by opening my practice to other ways of conceiving and representing architecture. At R-L Architecture, I assist firms, developers, and private clients in producing clear and concise materials that communicate a project, reveal its potential, and facilitate its understanding.
