Community Journey is an innovative project focused on interaction and sharing. Inspired by the book Renewing the city from within by Fagart and Fontana, it is renovating a site from the 1980s to turn it into a community living space. Each duplex comprises a disabled-access apartment on the ground floor and three- to five-bedroom apartments upstairs, with a shared living room and kitchen. A double-height kitchen connects the levels via an internal staircase, while an external staircase and walkways connect the floors. On the ground floor, the block has been redesigned to improve traffic flow and redevelop public spaces, with shafts in the parking lot providing natural light and ventilation.
